1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with 9bde or by accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 9bde platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 9bde with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
9bde reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the platform and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register and maintain an account with 9bde, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and keep that information up to date.
- Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
3. Account Security & Verification (KYC)
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 9bde will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is considered your responsibility. In the event of unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
- 9bde conducts identity verification (KYC) to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect player accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawals may be suspended pending successful completion of KYC. Documents must be submitted in clear, legible form. Fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- 9bde reserves the right to request re-verification at any point. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
9bde accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, among others. All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
- Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded minus any applicable transaction charges.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-5 business days subject to verification status. 9bde reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing funds.
- Funds in your account do not earn interest. 9bde does not act as a financial institution and your balance is held in trust solely for the purpose of enabling gameplay.
- Any balance remaining in a dormant account (inactive for more than 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account management policy.
5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
9bde offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
The following conditions apply uniformly to all 9bde bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9bde platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable laws including those of Bangladesh.
7. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 9bde platform — including cricket betting, live casino tables, slots, and crash games — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules will not be accepted as grounds for dispute.
9bde uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for applicable games to ensure outcomes are fair, random, and unbiased. Live dealer games sourced from providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi operate under their own audited and certified RNG environments. 9bde does not and cannot manipulate individual game outcomes.
